A plain-English privacy notice.

The Partner form asks for a name, email address, company or project, a LinkedIn profile or website, enquiry category and message. It also includes a hidden anti-spam field. You choose what to include, but do not send passwords, API keys, financial details, health information or confidential client material through the form.

When you follow a link to YouTube, Spotify, social platforms, FormBold or another third-party service, that service handles your visit under its own terms and privacy practices. Embedded media and external links are provided for convenience; AI Operators does not control the data practices of those services.

Information submitted through the Partner form or email is used to review and respond to the relevant guest, sponsor, partnership, editorial or privacy enquiry. It may be shared with the people operating AI Operators when they need it to assess or answer the request. We do not sell enquiry details as a product.

The public form submits to FormBold, the form-processing service configured for the site. This lets the show receive a form submission without exposing an inbox in browser code. If the form is unavailable, use the contact email on the Contact page instead.

You can ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted by emailing david@syllogism.com.au. Include the email address and enough context to locate the submission, but do not send additional sensitive material. We may retain information where it is necessary to respond to an active enquiry, meet a legal obligation or maintain a defensible record of correspondence.
